Josie AKA LA SICILIANA (SICI for short)  This site would not be complete without introducing my crazy Italian (she was born  Sicily )  best friend.  From time to time you will see her mentioned in my writeups.  We have made several trips together, Tejano and Non-Tejano.  We're total opposites. I'm the prim and proper one  (I mean look at how she used to dress at work)  and she's always getting us into trouble in our travels and in cyber-space LOL Because of our Tejano Travels  we were given the name "The Thelma and Louise of La Onda" by one of the Tejano Journal regulars.   Yes, we  have been to the Grand Canyon , but we made it back safely (no thanks to her driving). If you ever meet her it is in your best interest to pretend like you think  I am HER sidekick (although everyone knows she is the sidekick of me LOL).   And if you ever address her on the internet, make sure you type her handle in all caps or you may have a Sicilian curse put on you.
